820-00923 No power, one port measures 5v 0.12a

No liquid damage, 3ports measure 4.98v .29a but one only mesures 5v 0.12a
3v3_g3h measures 2.5v on the 3 ports and 0v on the 1 port (bottom right when using macbook normally)

Are schematics available for this yet? im using a 000293

replaced the CD3215C that was getting hot and now all working.

This board has a wierd issue where it doesnt go to sleep properly hence draining battery very quickly.
when put to sleep machine remains warm after a few hours, also if I leave the capslock key on and put it to sleep the LED never goes out

Check SMC_LID signal in sleep mode.
All S0 voltages should go down; check that too.

5v_s0 3v3_s0 are up
PPVCC_S0_CPU fluctuating bet 0.2-0.7v

Just noticed when put to sleep with capslock on afte rabout 20seconds the light goes out for 1 second then comes back on

When sleeps, no S0 voltage should be on.
PM_SLP_S3_L should go down for this.

BTW, do you reffer to put system in sleep mode from software (with trackpad), or just closing lid?

PM_SLP_S3_L stays high, I've tried both methods and both have the same results.

Worth an ME region cleaning?

SMC_LID goes low in both cases?
Also check SMC_LID_LEFT/RIGHT.
If any bad, check HALL_SENSOR_LEFT/RIGHT and U5255.

SMC_LID only goes low when lid is closed even when put to sleep with trackpad, all SMC_LID stuff seems to be measuring right

So the system receives correct signal, but keeps S0 state active; this is really strange.
PM_SLP_S3_L remains high too?

Disconnect any unnecessary device from the board, like TP/KB, etc.
Use USB mouse and keyboard; see if any behaviour changes...

yeah really weird screen goes off and when i wake it its at the login screen but it just keeps the machine in an s0 state

Unplugged everything except screen still same behavior

just noticed the capslock LED keeps cycling, i timed it
LED stays on for 11.5seconds then turn off for 1.5s and the cycle repeats

Try clean ME, just in case.
But doesn't look like issue here.
Don't forget to make a backup first.
Also try your test USB OSX, to discard a software issue.

Could be some wake signal issue.
Inspect if you moved something on the board when replaced the CD3215...

same thing on batt or charger. Area is clean arround CD3215.
When I plug something into the port that the CD3215 was for it goes to sleep properly
