this came in with water damage around j5260 i get 5.14v 0.02mA
PPDCIN_G3H = 5v
PPBUS_G3H = 0v - not shorted
PP3V3_G3H = 0v - looks like shorted
should i give a little voltage and check with thermal camera

What is the exact ohm value of the short?
If low enough, you should be able to find the culprit with voltage injection method.

it was cb300 i fix it Friday but now it does not show ssd it boots to recovery but no drive

Do you get correct voltage at L9320/30/40 and L9400?
