820-00923 - Touch Bar Don't Work!

I have question:
The schematics shows on PP1V8 0SW DFR was supposed to get 1.8V, however, I'm getting 3.2V
I thought the problem was the touch, but i replaced and the problem still.

Any thoughts on that?

It comes from U4404, which is probably shorted IN-OUT...

double check that its actually 3.2V and confirm pin 3 and 4 of U4404, if you have power going in and the enable signal , that will help you narrow down the issue to that section of the circuit
