820-00923 Water damaged 5v

Hello, this board was water damaged near to 3100
i replaced it and did some jumpers
USB C stuck on 5v and restart
PP5V_S4_X_USBC 5.0v
PP3V3_G3H 3.3
PP3V3_UPC_XA_LDO 3.3v
P3V3_TBT_X_SX_EN_R 3.3v
PP1V8_UPC_XA_LDOA 1.8v
PP1V1_UPC_XA_LDO_BMC 0v

there is some test point are gone because of water damage but not between 2 traces, going in the board

All USB-C port restarts?
Test each one in both connection ways.
1V1 LDO must appear only on the powered port.

Yes it is restarting on every port, both sides.
Now i tried to replace CD3215 to test, but the charger don't turn on on this one...
I put back the old one, same problem...

If the USB-C meter stays black (0V), you have a problem with VBUS, or CC1/2 lines.
Compare diode mode between all CD3215 chips.
