820-00923A PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR short to ground

Hello!, got this board 820-00923A which has short on PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR. Removed Q7040 to find that pad were burnt, but even with Q7040 removed there still was short. Later tried removing these components to solve short problem: Q7065, C7050, C7051, U7000, C7053, R7060, C7069, C7064, C7066, but not luck finding short. Anything i'm missing or pads on Q7040 busted? Thank you in advice for help

Very likely short between copper layers.
As nothing to lose, you can try polishing the border of the hole.
