Macbook 15 Pro A1708, stuck 5v. Any idea ?

Did you check for 1V1 LDO at U3200 and UB400 connecting charger on their port?

USB-C ports switch to 20V if known good battery is connected?
Any history fault available?

Board isn't necessarily clean but no liquid contact or relevant visible corrosion. 5v with battery. I have replaced some suspect capacitors.
1V1 LDO is present on U3100 and U3200 - on a dedicated USBC connector
UB300 and UB400 has no voltage of 1.1v - on a dedicated USBC connector
Now I have
3V3_G3H - 0.16v
PP3V3_G3H only 2.8v
D6902 pin 1 5v pin 2 0.120v pin 3 4.8v

There is a problem on UB300/400 area.
Check UB090 solders, traces and surrounding resistors.
Also check all resistors from pages 104/5; you may need to check page 103 too.

"3V3_G3H - 0.16v
PP3V3_G3H only 2.8v"
Where did you measure, isn't the same power rail?

Check all R6910-13 resistors.
Also check C6907 and R6908.

C6907, R6908, R6910-13 are ok
my mistake PP3V3_G3H 0.16 I thought about PPBUS_G3H
Can two CD3215 chip be damaged ? whether to focus on UB300/400 area.]

UB090 and component are ok. I saw that the UB300 was warming up and replaced it. Now I have 1.1v on all CD3115 but still only 5v.

I don't understand it but after replacing it, once is 0.1v and sometimes around 0.02v. regardless of the usb-c connector.

Replace what?
Need to see if you get PPBUS_G3H when F7000/1 fuses are removed.
We know then if the problem is on U7000 side, or system side...

Sorry. I misunderstood you and replaced the F7000 / 1.
Without F7000 / 1 it is 0.01v on C7050

So you have a problem on U7000 area, or no communication between SMC and U7000.
Post PPBUS_G3H voltage with battery connected; w/ and w/o charger connected.
Test with known good battery, which holds some charge.
Check if board tries to turn on then, triggering SMC_ONOFF_L.

I soldered the F7000 / 1.
With battery i have 20v but
PPBUS_G3H with battery 11.56 v
PPBUS_G3H without battery 0.05 v
SMC_ONOFF_L 3.4v
