big water damage, was clean all,bypass smc not working, replaced U5000 with good know, replaced UB300/400 also U7000 and Q7030/40 fan spin for 2sec then off, SMC_USBC_INT_L 3.4v stable.

SMBUS_SMC_3_SDA\SCL 0v
all diode mode around U5000 are good.

NO voltage on all TBA around U7000

Post actual PPBUS_G3H and 3V3_G3H voltages; w/ and w/o battery connected.

PPBUS_G3H - 0.3v
3V3_G3H -3.4
with Battary:
PPBUS_G3H - start at 10v and down to 1v and pulsing from 0v to 10v but usualy stay at 0v
3V3_G3H -3.4

Remove both F7000/1 fuses and check C7050 voltage.

Then your problem is on U7000 area.
Post its basic voltages: P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, SMC_RST*, AUX_OK, A/BMON.
