820-00928 - 20v only turn on with charger

with out battery i get 19.7v and it goes up to 1.20a i get fan spin for 7 seconds then 19.9v oA i press power button and it does all over again
with battery 19.7 2.10A and it turns on everything works battery charging i can unplug charger everything ok if i close lid and open screen will not come on the keyboard
still light up i hear keys being press i press power button will not shut off
i test smc_onoff_L 3.3V
I TRIED WORKING SCREEN
I PUT ANOTHER board in and everything works

Check SMC_LID_LEFT/RIGHT signals, when the problem appears.

when screen is on smc_lid_left is 1.4v and smc_lid_right is 3.5v
when screen is off smc_lid_left is 1.6v and smc_lid_right is 3.5v
when the screen is on i put a magnet to J5260 the HALL_SENSOR_RIGHT AND IT TURNS OFF
when i do the same to J5250 the HALL_SENSOR_left it doesn't TURNS OFF

So you have problems with left sensor (J5250); you should change it.
A fast workaround is removing R5252 and joining pins 1/2 of U5255.
