Check around U3750/60/70.
Inspect all BT related resistors.

O.K U3840 not sit well because the reflow...
now there is 3.3v but the rest of the bad reading remains..

BT_UART_RTS_D2R_L B.B-3.3V (G.B-0V) no short on r3767 with pp3v3_s4_bt
UA600 getting hot, also AL600/40

You've posted many WLAN signals and voltage.
I was thinking that is the problem...

Then should be one of BT related chips.
Be sure all resistors from the area are good.
