820-00928-A Wont boot to OSX (random shutdown)

Hi All,

This is a liquid damaged board.

Keep on rebooting. Even with USB installer. Tried with out lifeboat still the same. With out lifeboat and USB OSX flash question mark is stable.

Tried bios clean me, SMC replaced. No luck.

I saw the same issue with bellow forum. But not solved.

Any help greatly appreciate.

Put good flux and heat all BGA chips.
Next put the board on ultrasonic machine; don't forget to use sweep function.

Tried heating up all BGA chips then put in to ultrasonic and it doesnt have sweep function.Still same issue. any other way.

I have noticed that when i connect a usb installer and press option key it comes and stuck for couple of seconds and reboot. Also if it boots goes about 1/3 and restart. also With out the track pad cable connected no display. is this normal? or can this happen coz of faulty track pad? I changed the track pad cable same situation. I dont have same model track pad to check.

Do you get external video w/ and w/o trackpad connected?
Was BIOS tried clean ME for sure?
