820-00928 crash issue

This issue just randomly started for the customer. They claim it happens while they are using YouTube or even conferencing. Board is clean with no burn spots or liquid damage.

See attached picture for crash details. Any ideas what could cause this?

CPU, or RAM.
To discard GPU problem, test with Windows/Linux Live...

Does it seem fixable?? Sounds like hopeless project since CPU and GPU can’t be replaced on these. Is there any chance it could be their power ICs or something else in the circuit??

Try fresh macOS installation; also test with USB macOS.
You can also try new full BIOS, with clean ME.
