i was removed r8110, SMC_PM_G2_EN stable but still no 3V3_S5
Put back R8110 and try SMC bypass...
So board boots now with charger alone?

If fans spin high, can be thermal sensor issue.
Could be also an effect of not recognized battery.
Run HWMonitor and check for strange temps reported.
You can also start in diagnostic mode.
Check what happens disconnecting webcam.

You should try known good battery.
Seems no temp sensors issue, if no strange values reported.
But nothing to lose disconnecting internal LCD and testing with external monitor; if you cannot locate camera connector (on the LCD assembly).
