i was removed r8110, SMC_PM_G2_EN stable but still no 3V3_S5

before i was take out R8110 the amp was pulsing but now is 0v stable

Put back R8110 and try SMC bypass...

o.k the mac is on with charger...but with battery(try good on also) sometimes its 20V 0.110A MOST OF THE TIME and sometimes work 4A.

All temp are fine.
Webcam It’s on the screen connector no?

You should try known good battery.

Seems no temp sensors issue, if no strange values reported.
But nothing to lose disconnecting internal LCD and testing with external monitor; if you cannot locate camera connector (on the LCD assembly).
