820-00928 error kernel/ sleep

this mac suffered oxidation in the u4200, Q420,U3906 and U3500 region, I replaced the oxidized components, in tests when it enters sleep mode and exits, it shows kernel error.

Possibly accumulated crap underneath U4200.
Also check Hall sensors and LID signals.
