Check LCD connectors for any liquid sign.
Do you get external video?

I have a second monitor connected, the same no backlight and no picture

If you don't even get external video, this probably has a bad CPU/GPU. Pull the board and inspect closely for any signs of corrosion on both sides of the board.

Do you mean external monitor, or just tested another screen assembly?
Try disconnected internal LCD, with external monitor connected.
