820-00928 No start

Have a 820-00928 with startup problem. Fan spins but no start.

Measure 20v with 0.2amp

Seems to have all lines with correct value accept PLT_RST_L 0V

Is there anything to do with this?

Do you get CPU core voltage for sure (L7211/21/31)?

u1100 dont send out plt_rst_l but all rails to it are there. costumer wanted it back fast so didnt want too dig any further last week when I got it, already picked up again.

PCH requires some power goods signals first; did you check them?
