820-00928 no Video on internal Display. External works fine.

Hi
There are no evidance of liquid damaged on this mac.
How ever internal display doesnt work. works only with external display.
Board side LCD connector looks fine. How ever EDP_PANEL_PWR_EN signal is missing and PP5V-S0SW_LCD is 0.v

Seams like U9800 not sending Panel_en. When I look only input signla on U9800 which thought relavent to get PAnel_en is EDP_IG_PANEL_EN inout
signal and its present 3.3v. But im not sure about what siganl need to shoot PAnel _En.

Any help greatly appriciate.
