820-00928 (only shows battery low on screen) need schematics

I assume this is because my charger is too small? It came with no boot. Figured out that the Touch-bar is shorted and if removed allows the machine to get 20v.
now it switches to 20v and but displays "Low battery" on screen and does not boot. Just cycles that.

I am pretty new to these boards.

If you aren't using an OEM 87 Watt USBC, it won't charge.

I was not using the 85w I was using a 60w It now boots.
I am on to a much bigger problem. The cause of the the machine failure was the touch ID button was shorted out. I have the button on the bench and see corrosion on the back switch. I want to tear it apart but would like input form someone who has been there before me.
