Battery is not charging even with 96watt charger
C7020 resistance is 0.438
Q7065 not shorted and looks good
Ppbus on F7000 with battery is 10.50v
With charger 12.46v
What can i check next ?

Yes PPBUS_G3H is 12.46V with charger alone
Ohm scale on C7020 is 3.3ohm
CC7023 is 2.9 ohm

Did you try another charger cable?
Do you get 3V3_S5/SUS with charger alone?
Check SMC_PM_G2_EN, SMC_ADAPTER, PM_BATLOW_L.
