Did you replace with known good battery?
Be aware of new chinese battery; you can't call them "known good".

I recommend you to get NLBA to test the batteries.
It can help you to recover some batteries; which can get blocked because of unballance, or overdischarge.
Can also reset error flags, and change bad cells with it.
You can get in this way a better battery than a f***g new chinese one.

Any error pops up starting in Diagnostic mode?
Test using another heatsink; also change thermal paste.

Fans go fast from the beggining, or just when CPU (maybe GPU) gets hot?
Battery drain fast in both iGPU and dGPU modes?

Didn't speciy if you tested with another heatsink...

If no powerful graphics is required, board should work on iGPU mode.
Playing a video, may switch to dGPU.
Check if gfxcardstatus is supported on this machine.

Then should be internal CPU issue.

Same happenes if you test with battery alone?
Depending of the combination charger/battery detected, macOS should adjust several clocks.
This may be reflected in the machine behavior.

Connect external monitor and test again.
This will enable dGPU, disabling iGPU.
Just to see if CPU still gets hot; expecting a problem on its iGPU area.

I was connected to external screen, it’s the same, it’s getting hot just when the CPU start to work even little bit hard..

Then should be CPU core problem, not iGPU related.

Just in case, try DFU restore.
Don't forget to save data first.
