820-01041 board no boot

Hi, got 820-01041 board that doesnt boot.

Its pulling 5v 0amps from all ports. Diode mode to ground on F7001 gave me 0.09.

Removed F7001/F7002. Resistance to ground on system side is 24.4 ohms.

On visual inspection i get nothing.

24 ohm is very bad.
Compare with the readings on all big coils.
Don't forget L9080/580.

I found the short to be on PPBUS_G3H_SSD1_SNS. Removed U9580 and the short is gone. Does this mean dead SSD?

Very likely.
What is actual diode mode to ground at L9580 (with U9580 removed)?
Compare reading with L9080.

diode mode on L9580 is 0.333

L9080 also 0.333
(U9580 removed)

You may be lucky.
Replace U9850 and test the board.
