820-01041 not charging battery

Hi, got an 820-0141 that works but wont charge the battery.

Tried known working battery, charger and battery flex. Cleaned the port.

It works with battery disconnected. It also works with battery alone. It wont charge with the machine turned off.

No signs of damage.

R5220/R5221 are 4.7k ohms.

I2C_PWR_SCL and I2C_PWR_SCL diode mode are 0.429 (good board is 0.420)

Does it charge when machine is turned on?

Is the battery percentage recognized correctly?

Post Q7065 voltages; battery and charger connected.
Check resistance over C7020/23 (ohm scale).

CHGR_BGATE: 11.92v
PPVBAT_G3H_CONN: 11. 1v


Q7065 battery disconnected:

PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_R: 12.6 b
CHGR_BGATE: 11.8v
PPVBAT_G3H_CONN: 0v

Resistances:

C7020: 3.6 ohms
C7023: 2.6 ohms

How this problem appeared, the client said something about?

You can save data and try DFU restore.

Client says it was downloading some software overnight with the charger (allegedly OEM) connected. Next morning the mac was off and didn't charge the battery anymore.

DFU restore did nothing.

Do you get 3V on both SCL/SDA lines of battery bus?

Yes, i get 3v on both SCL/SDA lines. With the battery connected they drop periodically to 2.5v and 2.8v

Check continuity between MLB and battery board.
You may have contact problems.

Theres continuity. I tried another battery flex cable, even another chasis with a different known working battery and no change.

MLB connector may be bad.
Did you check continuity directly between boards points, over the connectors?
