820-01041 PP20V_ stuck at 5V all LDOs present

Hi guys this A1990 arrived with the right hub burned.

U3200 and U3100 were replace since they were not generating PP1V1_ LDO.
now all LDOs are present but still have 5V steady in all hubs.

PPBUS_G3H 12.23V
PP3V3_G3H_RTC_X 3.37V


PP5V_G3S & P5VG3S_VSW 0V

PMU_ONOFF_L 3.37v
PM_RSMRST_L & PM_PWRBTN_L 0V

No shorts, no corrosion...

Using configurator 2, only have a message "Cannot Use Thunderbolt Accessory.." when
tipe C cable is connected on the right hubs, on left hubs just nothing..

Any ideas?

First, confirm all SLPS2R abd AWAKE voltages are present.

Using the dedicated port (and all the ports), target machine is not even detected..

Try another cable and another macOS for the second machine.
Keep in mind, both machines MUDST have the same macOS version installed.
If you don't know what version has the T2 machine, try another one with Catalina and Big Sur too.
