i had a short on ppbus_g3h i found it at U9080 i removed and short was gone i replace U9080 i get 19.5v 0.16a i notices u8800 getting hot no boot i tryed DFU but get era

Very likely dead NAND.
Did you check diode mode to ground at L9080/81?

diode mode to ground at L9080/81? is 7.3ohms on both

As expected; at least one NAND is fried...

in fact yes, I can program the nands if you have P13

You can replace the NANDs with preprogrammed ones, removed from another board.
Or use P13 to program another, even new.
