820-01041 stuck 5v , u3000 blown

Hi guys.
First time on this kind of board.
U3000 blown. Removed and traces underneath are fine.

USB stuck at 5V 0,50amp on three of the four usb-c port.
Bottom port on the side of U300/U400 drain only 0,15amp.

Where should I start checking?

Did you replace U3000?

UB300, or UB400 is the path with 0.15A input behavior?
Please don't use left/right, top/bottom when you have schematic available.

Check LDOs for all CD3215 chips.
Compare diode mode to ground readings.
