Hi, I got this board, it changes from 5v to 19,5v, tries to run, but when it gets to ,500A it goes back to 0 and stays there

PPBUS_G3H = 12,64
PPBUS_HS_CPU =12,64
PPDCIN_G3H = 20V
PP5V_G3S = 5,139
PP5V_S5_LDO = 5,139
PPVIN_G3H_P5VG3S= 12,64
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H= 12,64
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3HRTC= 12,64
PP3V3_G3H_PMU_VDDMAIN=3,3
PP3V3_G3S_WLANBT= 3,29
PPBUS_G3H_SSD0= 12,64
PPBUS_G3H_TPAD= 12,64
PP3V3_G3H_RTC =3,3
PP3V3_G3H= 3,3
PP3V3_G3SSW_SNS = 0
PP3V3_G3S= 0
PP3V3_TBT_X_S0= 0
PP2V7_NAND=0
PP1V8_G3S= 1,8

Never worked on this board before, don´t know where to start... it looks pretty clean though...

L8100= ,500v (pulses on goes down)
L8410= ,015v
L8102=,900v (pulses and goes down)
L7410= 0
L7430= 0
L7210= ,900v (pulse and goes down)
L7230= ,900v (pulse and goes down)
L7290= 1,1 (pulse and goes down)
L7030= this one does wierd stuff, when usb c connected, right away you get 5,1v, then at ,500A I get 12,64v when the amperage drops, it goes to 3.3v and then to ,800v and starts droping...
L7690= 3,3v
L7670= 5,1v
L9060= 2,4v

each and every measure was taken when the board was at ,500a consumption

Check if you get all SSD voltages.

Any history available, liquid sign on audio board, or flex/connector?

PP0V9_SSD
PP1V8_SSD
PPBUS_G3H_SSD0

are these all the SSD voltages?

No liquid, no liquid sign on audio board

I was trying DFU mode and found out that it only works on one of the USB C ports... when I try to put the computer in DFU when connected to the port closer to the monitor it just don´t get into DFU and even the computer to which I am connecting it gives an alert that the accesorie is not compatible, the usb c cable is original and when connected to the secondary usb c, it recognizes it with no problems...

Sorry, I didn’t, still doing the same, sometimes it shows the computer in recovery, then I put it on DFU but it can’t complete the process in neither modes.

The customer reports that it was dropped but not too hard... after that it continued working and suddenly it just stopped turning on... thats all the history I have...
