Another mess board no sign of water board looks good, and all other parts from mac is tested with another board. Where to start ?

its not going to dfu,everywhere where should be 3.4v is 3.2v and ppbus 12.30-34

And when i connect battery then it shows 20v 0a, when battery disconnected then 5v 0.60-75ma

No idea where did you find 3.2V and where do you expect 3.4V on this board.
Apart of CD3215 LDOs, nothing else can appear before PPBUS_G3H.
But you've said to have 12.3V there.
Please, post accurate information...

Ooops sorry, F7000 is not placed on PPBUS_G3H on this board.
Do you get AWAKE and SLPS2R voltages?

5.06v 0.067ma and still not showing dfu, can u name specific controllers what to check for ssd and g3s or some resistors what voltages u need to know

Check in schematic/boardview for any power rail ending with _G3S.
Look on page 67, System Power States.
