hello I have 1 motherboard 820-01521-a that took liquid in the u3200 in the Q7760 I changed the 2 components, but I don't have 20V in the F3000-F3010, who generates 20 volts?

Do you get any voltage at USB-C meter?
Both ports have the same behaviour?

Post exact PPBUS_G3H voltage.

PPBUS_G3H
starts with 12v then goes down to 8v and then goes up again 12v is not stable.
f3010 no I get 20v only 4.5v

Check for short on all secondary power rails.
Do you get stable voltage at R7020?
You may need to reflow/reball U7000.
