PP3v3_G3H is 3.36V andafter some seconds drops down to 1.16V

in diode-mode all pins from U7650 are like the values in opendata

no shorts in the big coils to find

is that a possible problem from U7800? its powered from U7650.

is it possible or worth to solder another wifi modul or its serialised with the mainbaord?

Try to change it, if you get one from scrap board (same model).
