After water damage L8570 was burned I changed it and fixed broken traces but still there is no image and when i plug it apparently it turns on the consummations is 0.7A but still no image, and I tried it in different screen but still the same problem.

There was a short inside LCD assembly.
Other people mentioned the same problem, caused by bad flex.
Do you get USB activity at least?
Check for external video too.

Yes there was a short inside the old LCD, even the flex was burned, no there is no activity from usb, even with another external screen

now i can see activity from usb, but i think there is like bootloop, and no image from external screen

Burnt flex could have damaged CPU data lines...
