Diode mode to ground at PPBUS_G3H?
Be sure F7000 is good.

Post U7000, basic voltages; P_IN, AUX_DET, VDDA/P, SMC_RST_IN*, CBC_ON, EN_MVR, A/BMON.

Not so many.
I was expecting A/BMON (CHGR_AMON and CHGR_BMON).

"PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR_AMON=5.2"
What's this?

Missing EN_MVR points to U7000 problem.
May also be a problem with Q7030/40, or their associated components R/C7030/40.

"PPBUS_G3H no short"
I asked for diode mode reading...

Check in reverse way too (black probe to ground) and compare both readings with good board.
May have bad solders unde U7000, or bad chip.
