Very likely dead CPU.
Just in case, inject 1-1.2V and check on IR cam if something else gets more hot than CPU.
Remove CPU heatsink first.

I don't understand what you've meant.

You may have 4-5 ohm there (0.003 in diode mode I suppose).
Nothing wil heat to detect with finger.
That's the reason I said to use IR cam; can show you small temp differences.
