820-01521: Not powering up

Have this board, that appears to be good, just not booting up. When i attempt to revive i get this message, "Configurator could not perform the requested action because the device is not in recovery mode."

When i attempt restore, i get this message, "Can't restore device in this state - please reboot into Recovery or DFU [com.apple.MobileDevice.MobileRestore – 0xFA0 (4000)]"

Every time i restart i end up with the same screen, a lock image and not the DFU image.

Any suggestions on how to get back into DFU mode.

Something went wrong with T2.
Recently had similar problem.
Usually affected by liquid spill on audio board.
Some T2 data lines are too close to PPBUS_G3H, on the flex also.
