820-01521 restarts

Arrived with no power from a shorted cap on PPBUS_G3H. Board looks pristine

Removed and replaced however after logging into the OS for a few seconds it will restart and say "your computer restarted because of a problem with your computer" most speciaifically as soon as all the icons are finished in the upper right of the OS.

Apple diagnostic says no issues were found.

Does this sound like ram problem?

Disconnected audio flex but no change.

Yes the machine stays on in internet recovery. All of the menu options can be accesssed without restarting

After attempting target disk mode i can no longer get the machine to boot. I could never enter target disk mode successfully.

DFU revive completed successfully but no change. When trying to turn on now the fan spins for a few seconds and then stops.

Probably needs DFU restore; which will erase SSD.
Data may be already lost, if you can't access it in target disk mode.

Performed dfu restore and reintsalled OS. The apple logo appears but as soon as progress bar finishes loading and the keyboard lights up for a few seconds it will just continuously restart claiming there is a problem with the computer.

Any other ideas I could try or does this sound like a ram or ssd issue?

The battery is good?
Just in case, try starting in safe mode.

Any error pops up in diagnostic mode?

Yes disconnected audio flex.

yes battery shows normal and charges to 100%
No issues found in diagnostic mode.

Possibly SSD problem...

Replaced SSD from a donar board but same problem.

Change security settings in recovery menu, to allow booting USB macOS.
