Hi all.
I have an 820-01521 board with no signs of life.
No obvious signs of any water, or other, damage.
No sign of heat.

Only has 5v on either USBC port.
Tried with another USBC port cable, and another known good genuine AC adapter.

F7000 0.02v
PPBUS_G3H 0.56v
R7020 5.12v on pins 1 - 4.

Diode mode to ground with red probe connected to ground:
F7000 1 (1824 ohms in resistance mode).
L6960 491
R7020 613

Any suggestions greatly appreciated, once again.
Thanks

Hello 2informaticos.
Thanks, once again, for your help.
Same voltage (0.56v) with or without customer's battery connected.
Unfortunately, I do not have an known good battery.
I did however try another battery from another two A1932 chassis, but I do not know the state of either of them.
With both the voltage was also 0.56v.
While I assume that all three aren't problematic, I have ordered a new battery in just in case.

Hi again 2informaticos.
I am aware F7000 is not connected to PPBUS_G3H.

I received a new battery from a supplier today.
I'm sure its not a genuine, but we rarely have any issue with them.

Using the new battery, we had the same voltage (0.56v)
This is all with the just the logic board and the battery connected, with everything else disconnected.

Diode mode to ground with red to ground and black on PPBUS_G3H measures 185.

Hi again.
I found a dodgy capacitor on PPBUS_G3H.
It wasn't a complete short, but was getting hot when I injected a low voltage.
With it removed, the system boots and operates fine.
Thank you for your advice and help, once again, I appreciate it.
