It came as water damage but I can't see any sign of damage on the logicboard. When connecting a charger it takes 5V but no A. I took the board out and connect the charger then taking 20.66V, still no A

C3021 = 20.5V
C3020 = 20.5V
F3000 = 20.5V
C9073 = 12.6
PPBUS_G3H = 12.6V
PP3v3_G3H = 3.33V
PP1V8_SLPS2R = 1.8V
PP1V8_AWAKE = 1.8V

First of all, welcome to the forum!

If board switches to 20V alone on the desk, then can be a problem with some peripheral device.
However, there should be something bad on the board too, as stays at 0A.
You should test if enter DFU mode.
Inspect audio board for corrosion (both sides).

Thanks for the reply.
Can't see any corrosion. Can't enter DFU mode.

getting 3.2 and 1.8V on R7610 & R7613 = 1.8V - R7611 = 3.299V
PP1V1_SLPS2R = 1.04V
PP0V8_SLPS2R = 0.8V
PP3V3_AWAKE = 3.3V
PP1V2_AWAKE =1.2V
PMU_PVDDMAIN_EN = 3.3V
P3V3MAIN_PGOOD= 3.2V
PP3V_G3H_RTC = 3.008V
PCH_RTC_RESET_L = 3.008V

Could you pls let me know which area I have to check

Did you follow all the steps from tutorial?
Remember to try with Big Sur and Catalina too, on the second macBook; if you don't exactly know the macOS version installed in T2 machine.

Thanks, I cleaned the board one more time and now I have some signals. laptop turns on and A goes up to 2.8A but it restarts halfway through. I can see the Apple logo and then the loading bar then restarts.

I tried to restore it, but it's randomly restarting and the heatsink is getting really hot. the A goes to 0 and the fan spins full speed for a second and then turns back on
