This device does turn on just fine with the battery connnected.
Now if i connect the charger in one of the two ports it shows me 5.2V and 0amp.
On the other one it doenst even show me a voltage.

Without the battery connected it has 5.2V input and approx. 300ma of current consumption on both usb-c ports. (PPBUS around 12.25V)

I have already tried to flash it in DFU mode.

This device had liquid damage.

i have already changed the following: -U6903 because it had a short.
i have already reflowed U7000 and U3100

Different behaviour on USB-C ports denotes that you have problem on that area.
If board works good with battery alone, your problem is clearly in the USB-C area.
Compare diode mode readings on LDO rails of both CD3215 chips.

Also check diode mode on CC1/2 pins of dead USB-C port.

Should have same behoaviour on both chips, no matter battery present, or not.
If not, then still have problem with one port.
