820-01598 firmware issue

Arrived boot looping with chime every few seconds but nothing more. Customer claims it just randomly started happening, no recent updates.

When in Apple controller 2 DFU mode I get a error "The system cannot be restored on this device" Device added from invalid state Restoring 0XFAA(4010)"

What should be tried next?

SLPS2R and AWAKE voltages cycling, or stable?

SLPS2R 1.1V AWAKE 0.385V Both are stable only a/c adapter connected

There are several AWAKE and SLPS2R power rails...

PP1V8_AWAKE 1.8V
PP3V3_AWAKE 3.3V

PP0V8_SLPS2R 1.7V
PP1V8_SLS2R 1.8V
PP1V1_SLS2R 1.1V

Check again, that's no good.
