No power even with SMC bypass,

C2952 and C2951 were corroded and one pad missing, that got replaced.

EFI chip looked corroded so I replaced it with another one and reprogrammed it with a good dump.

PP5V_S0 5.1v
PP1V05_S0 1.057v
PP1V5_S0 1.5v
PPVCC_S0_CPU 1.8v

If you get S0 state, your board turns on.
Other thing is that doesn't work.

Possible corrosion under SMC and CPU.
Heat them with good flux and clean the board in UC machine.

Did you correctly rebuild that 3V3_S4 trace to PCH?

Cleaned board and heated the SMC with good flux with no luck.

The missing pad was rebuilt correctly yes.

Now after the cleaning and reflow board is not entering S0 state, I will leave this one for later
