820-01700 20v 2A No video

Hello this came in with short on PPBUS_G3H due to U7210 shorted...

After replaceing U7210 voltages are present a motherboard turn on but no video at all (20v 2A). I tried with HDMI and with the screen and nothing happnes. I do have PPVCC_S0_CPU voltage.

Is the CPU dead?

What is its behavior?
It should drop to 0.7V aprox, after 5-10s.

Over voltage through U7210, can easy kill the CPU...
