no water damage, no AWAKE no SLPS2R voltage , no short found.. no ssd voltage and not short.
replaced u7000 but the same..all 4 LDOs look o.k

Remove F7000/1 and check C7050 voltage.

So your problem is not in U7000 area.
Thinks more next time, before changing it.

Resolder f7000/1.
Post exact diode mode at PPBUS_G3H; check it in both directions to ground.

You should get higher reading in reverse way.
Check if any big coil gives you same actual readings.

im sorry its 2.0-1.5OHM but no stable.. but look like the same as good board
