Clean board, boots with charged battery and with battery installed I get 20V but no charge without battery I only get 5V and about 0.285A taken.

No shorts around any of the CD3217

All CD3217 have the same behavior

Already installed know good U2890, UB090, UB700, U3500 and all CD3217 as well as U7000 (from a board that gets 20v on all 4 ports)

Restoring T2 goes well but no difference.

Did you get the replacement components from 01700 board too?

Did you test with original 96/140W charger?
This board doesn't boot with 87W charger alone.

Yes they came from same donor board, in fact I put the chips from the customer board onto the donor board and the donor board got 20V after all the chips got installed back, so the chips are okay.

Yes all my test are with original 96 and or 140W chargers

UPC_I2C_INT_L diode read is same as good board, good board has data and voltage, customer board has none.

Some components connected there pulls down the signal.
Any CD3217 chip can do that, if detects a problem on its area.
