As you've found broken RB305, there may be other resistor corroded in other areas.
If all above mentioned voltages are stabke, machine must go into DFU.

If not, T2 has internal problem, or is affected by accumulated crap underneath.
Try again, and be sure to exactly follow all the steps from DFU tutorial.

As I said before, the U3900 gets a little hot, I don't think it's normal. The current drawn by the device is at 0.05 and the U3900 is a little warm
