820-01700 Display issue

Hey, another mess h20 board, first it was burned down screen connector, i changed them and u8400, now i have macbook booting and showing external monitor, but not reqionize internal, where to start, tryed 3 different working displays.

Do you get 3V3/5V_S0SW_LCD, at least in the first seconds, when machine chimes?
DP_INT_HPD must go high at same time.
