DFU should complete before passing to Intel side.
Not sure on this model but I can confirm successfully completed DFU revive on A1989 shorting 3V3_S5 to ground.
This way breaks the power on sequence before accessing Intel side; that board had fried CPU.

Just in case, try the same here.
Make a short over C8176 and try again DFU.

The T2 that I replaced is from same lb model. But I just realize that the original T2 from the board I'm trying to fix is
h9hknnnBRumuvr-nlh and the donor T2 is
h9hknnn8Kumuvr-nlh.

Both board has 1TB storage.
Is this relevant?

LDO0: 0.195 normal reading on tis line is 0.253.
I already remove those 2 caps from that line and replaced again the U7800 and the voltage drop is still 0.195.
Could this indicate that the 2nd T2 is faulty.
