820-01700 no power

Arrived with liquid damage and a short on PPBUS_G3H. Injected 1v and found u7660 getting hot. Replaced and short is gone.

PPBUS is 12.33V now bu board stuck at 5v 0.04amps

What should be checked next?

Compare diode mode readings on all coils with good board.
Don't forget L9080/580.

See if DFU helps...

checking diode mode on L7660 found U7800 shorted.

Replaced U7800, short is gone but have a pure short on PP1V8_SLPS2R.

When injecting voltage only the T2 gets hot. Sound like a shorted T2 now??

If T2 heats with so low voltage, no other reason...
