Hey, first post here.

Macbook A2141 with slight liquid spill (some red wine) no power, 20V 0.200A on the USB Charger. DFU revive doesn't work and ends with AMRestoreErrorDomain – 0x6

Spill is around U9080.

PPBUS_G3H_SSD1_SNS 12.66V
PP2V5_NAND_SSD1 0.06V
SSD1_VR_P2V5_PGOOD 0.06V
SSD1_VR_P2V5_EN_R 1.79V

C9073/C9080 .337 Diode
L9080 / L9081 0.00Ohm / .002 Diode

Is it U9080 or U8900 which's dead? U8900 gets hotter than U9080, but not crazy hot.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Liquid spill under U9080 may already killed SSD.
U9080 is not shorted I suppose, but damaged.
Lift it and check where the short remains.

If still short there, you can start injexting with 1V; may be sufficient to find the culprit.
Slowly increase the voltage, if needed, no more than 3V.
Very likely NAND chip fried.

Lifted U9080, doesn't look corroded.
Short is still present on PP2V5_NAND_SSD1. Injected 1 - 3V. SSD gets warm at 3V, but only 30°C.

Still L9080 / L9081 0.00Ohm / .002 Diode

That means less than 1W, not easy to detect heat.
Try with 3V and use thermal cam to detect the culprit.

Need to detect the particular chip that heats more than other.
However, you should know that replacing NANDs may be waste of time.

Please, do not quote an entire post, visible few centimeters above.

So there's nothing left to do than replace U8900? Or which particular chip should be find? Everything on PP2V5_NAND_SSD1?

4 NAND chips are powered from the same rail.
You should detect the bad one.

Onboard SSD repair is not an easy job; need donor board same model, same chip position.
You can find some videos on Internet.
