i have an old board i want to see what with him...
U7800 was missed and i put one from donor board.
all the rest look o.k.
on charger 5v 2A-0A pulsing.
PPBUS_G3H 0V diode mode 380

o.k i just notice that U7000 was also missing so i put one and now:
5v 0.04a stable
PPBUS _G3H 12V

There could be more missing components.
A simple resistor can stop the board to turn on.

Do you get voltage at L6960/61 and L7660?
