PPBUS_G3H got 12.6V but there is drop to around 10V during that short fan spin and then again stable 12.6V
PP1V2_AWAKE 1.2V and when fan spin drop to 0V and then back to 1.2V

With battery connected (and charger), check for reaction at 3v3_S5 (at same time) when trigger PMU_ONOFF_L; use SWK000/2 pads.
