That's no good; you should get 12.3V without battery.

Remove F7000/1 and check C7050 voltage.

Without the F7000/1, it stabilizes at 12.3v.

Before that, I tested removing the R6934/5 again, which was the initial problem. But PPBus remained 8.4v
